Meru University of Science & Technology Sports Facility Construction Tender

Meru University of Science & Technology (MUST) invites sealed bids from eligible, interested and competent bidders for the following tender for the supply of goods, works and services.

  • MUST/026/2017-2018 Construction of proposed sports facility (Re-advertisement)
  • NATURE OF WORK: Main builders works – Category NCA 2,3,4
  • ELIGIBILITY: Open
  • REMARKS: Mandatory site visit on Tuesday, 11th September, 2018 at 11.00 a.m. at the Main Campus, Nchiru

Interested eligible bidders may obtain tender documents from the Procurement Office, Meru University of Science & Technology (Main Campus) situated along the Meru – Maua highway during the normal office working hours.

Tender documents shall be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of documents in cash or in banker’s cheque payable to Meru University of Science & Technology. The tender documents may also be downloaded from the University Website (www.must.ac.ke) or National Treasury IFMIS portal (https://supplier.treasury.go.ke ) for free.

Completed bid documents must be delivered on or before Tuesday, 18th September, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender reference numbers and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the entrance of the Administration Block 2 or be addressed to:

Prices quoted should be in Kenya shillings inclusive of VAT at 16% where applicable. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Meru University of Science & Technology main campus.
