2017 KEMSA Theatre Uniform & Linen Supply Tenders
The Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) has set aside funds for use in the procurement of medical commodities during the Financial Years 2016-2018. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contracts for supply of these items and.
National Quality Control Laboratory (NQCL) under the Ministry of Health has set aside funds for use in procurement of Laboratory Equipment during the Financial Years 2016-2017. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contracts for laboratory equipment.
KEMSA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following tenders:

- ELIGIBILITY: RESERVED FOR DISADVANTAGED GROUPS

A complete set of Bidding Document(s) (Hard copy) in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000. And must be deposited in the Tender Box No. 1 marked GOK/ World Bank at the Reception on the Ground Floor KEMSA’s Commercial Street Office in Nairobi on or before the closing date indicated against each tender. Bulky tenders can be handed over to KEMSA Procurement Director’s office for registration and safe keeping till the tender opening date.
Bids will be opened promptly in public and in the presence of Bidders’ and/ or representatives who choose to attend the opening of bids at KEMSA’s conference Hall on the dates indicated against each tender.
Late bids, portion of bids shall not be accepted.
